Please do not submit detailed medical or health information through this website or the chat assistant — clinical matters are discussed privately at your consultation. This website is not a medical record system.

Our virtual smile consult is provided by SmileViz on its own platform; photos and details you submit there are handled under SmileViz's own terms in addition to our practice's care of your case.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to you, arrange consultations, and communicate about your care. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree delivers form and chat submissions to our practice email.
• Google Workspace provides our practice email.
• Anthropic processes concierge chat conversations to generate responses.
• Cloudflare and GitHub host and serve this website securely.
• SmileViz operates the virtual consultation platform.

Your rights
